The crimes and corruption of Elon Musk and Tesla Motors

We worked with Elon Musk and saw these crimes first-hand. We thought you should know so that you could decide if you want to be associated with Musk’s narcissistic, self-aggrandizing, corrupt, criminal schemes. Musk likes to talk about futuristic bullshit but his workers (that have sued him for fraud, safety issues, racism, off-shoring domestic jobs, sexual harassment and more…) can talk about his prehistoric social deviancies at great length.

Elon Musk and his executives are criminals. They will lie, cheat, bribe, steal, sabotage others, rig the stock market, create fake financial data at the drop of a hat and cover-up their huge numbers of safety defects. They got hundreds of millions of dollars of YOUR taxpayer resources and used it to rig elections, manipulate stock markets and sabotage competitors. They bribe public officials to run cover for them at your expense. Elon Musk is a sick pervert who requires constant media attention and has depraved bi-sexual control needs. Look at his multiple divorces and the text of the abuse lawsuits from his wives, former partners, investors, employees, customers and others. While Musk spends your tax money buying cover-ups in the main-stream media, he can never cover-up the fact that he is simply a mobster who sweet-talked Google’s owners into financing his scheme. Musk stole Tesla from the founders of Tesla in a hostile take-over. Musk has invented NOTHING!

Elon Musk did not “win” any state or federal funding. He had all of his taxpayer cash hard-wired to him in a series of back-room crony payola deals. In a fair fight, Musk would have LOST (horribly) all of his funding if you compared his metrics, performance data and customer orders to every other applicant at the time. In other words, in a side-by-side shoot-out, comparing Musk’s applications with those of every other applicant for the same funds: Musk had the worst possible metrics of ANY other applicant. In spite of this, California State officials and Department of Energy staff were “ordered”, by their superiors, to hand Musk the illicit taxpayer money, and deny funds to his competitors, in order to stage the slush-funds created by the Department of Energy and The California State Controllers offices.

** If you saw the REAL financial records for Tesla/Solyndra/SpaceX you would see that Musk’s operations are smoke-and-mirrors. Musk cooks the books and manipulates financial data.

** One of Musk’s top SpaceX engineers just sued Musk and revealed that Musk lies about the dangers at SpaceX.

** You may think Musk has many fans on the internet but those “fans” are actually young Asian girls in overseas factories who have rows of phones set-up in front of them to pretend to be different people on the web. They are called “shills” and “trolls” and the factories they work in are called “Click-Farms” and “Troll-Farms”. Musk pays their bosses to have them create fake media hype about him on the internet because he is a sociopath who demands the public eye.

** You would get physically ill if you knew how many Tesla owners had been burned alive in their cars, had their Tesla’s suddenly swerve off the road and go over a cliff or into a tree and had set their buildings on fire. The main stream media covers up all of these problems because the 7 men who control the main stream media are Tesla investors. You have never heard about all of the deaths, injuries and disasters that Tesla has caused but we have and we have them all documented. Tesla is still around because of one of the biggest cover-ups you ever saw.

** Guess who else covers up the criminal corruption of Tesla Motors: California Senators Feinstein and Pelosi, Nevada Senator Reed, all of the New York Senators and California Governor Jerry Brown. Why? Because they are investors and campaign finance recipients of Elon Musk’s technology mobster Cartel! That’s right! These scumbag politicians are covering up crimes and life-threatening dangers in order to line their pockets! We told all of this to the FBI’s James Comey but then, you know, he got himself fired and charged with running political protection operations just like we are talking about here!

** Let us tell you about a beautiful young college graduate named Casey Speckman, her whole life was ahead of her. She would still be alive today if her crash had not been in a Tesla. She burned alive because Tesla knew it’s batteries would explode in a crash and Tesla chose profits over safety after being warned about the lithium ion battery dangers.

** The Middle East bad guys are now using lithium ion batteries to blow up airliners because Elon Musk’s lithium ion batteries are so easy to explode. Musk has known this since 2006! We have the papers that prove it!

** Peter Thiel, Google owner Larry Page and other homosexual billionaires help cover-up Musk’s crimes because Musk is sometimes their “special friend”. Do not let billionaires hide the truth from you. Demand a public investigation.

** If you have an ounce of morality, then you will not want to help Musk & Tesla profit from the crony political corruption that created them. Musk exists because he bribes politicians & acts as an illegal campaign financing conduit.

** Why have so many Tesla’s suddenly swerved off the road, over cliffs and into innocent bystanders? Because the CIA software that can take-over a Tesla has been leaked to every 14 year old hacker on Earth! Tesla drivers are dead because Tesla cars can be instantly and easily hacked, taken over and turned into listening devices by any kid with an Android phone.

** When bad news emerges about Musk or Tesla; Google, Kleiner Perkins, Draper Fisher and Goldman Sachs suddenly buy some Tesla stock so the little line on the stock market graph goes up for a few days. At the same time they use their MSM media control to release a BS press release. This is called “pumping the stock” and “covering the hole”. It is a stock market fraud tactic which seeks to hide the fact that Musk’s companies are in a constant state of failure.

** DOT/NHTSA has covered up years of reports about an acceleration surge issue that can suddenly crash your Tesla into walls and drive it off cliffs. It is either a known hacking attack or the effect of WiFi on Tesla electronics. Either can kill you.

** Musk & Tesla are pure evil & exist because of hyper-corruption. You don’t want to contribute to their evil or be part of it in any way. You are funding evil & supporting criminal corruption by buying a Tesla or any Elon Musk owned product like Solar City, Tesla, Space X, Hyperloop, etc.!

** Elon Musk spent more money, than any other car company in history, to do the exact same things that any other car has done, or could do, for 20 times less money. Musk’s Tesla was $100,000.00 over budget, per car, at the time that Musk was handed his crony Dept. of Energy froms by Steven Chu. Musk has no clue how to operate a car company.

** In one lawsuit it is noted that: “…Plaintiff and Tesla both applied for funds at the same time, in the same funding cycle in the same program. Tesla had the historically epic number of horrific issues listed below, which were known to DOE at the time of application, and Plaintiffs had NONE of these issues. How can any court, or rational person, believe that Plaintiffs were not intentionally bypassed, targeted and damaged for political reasons while Tesla was simultaneously approved for political reasons, when the comparative metrics between the two applicants prove the largest merit disparity in the entire recorded history of the U.S. Department of Energy….the singular, and only, review criteria used by Department of Energy officials was: WHICH ONE BRIBED THE CAMPAIGN FINANCE GROUP FOR BARACK OBAMA?!”; Thus proving that Tesla exists because of organized-crime level political corruption.

** Elon Musk’s self-driving “autopilot” feature, which keeps crashing and failing, is his attempt to scam taxpayer cash from Dept. of Transportation and Dept. of Energy public funds. He is only trying to do it to get more free federal cash.

** The inventor of lithium ion batteries has confessed that lithium ion batteries blow up eventually. He says that deadly dendrites plague lithium-ion battery technology. The dendrites accumulate as part of the standard charging and recharging cycle and eventually cause a short circuit that often results in a smoldering or burning battery. These dendrites are destined to eventually blow up most Tesla cars and many electronic devices using lithium ion!

** The CIA’s software designed to take over any Tesla on Earth and kill the driver, passengers and bystanders has been released in the wild and every hacker on Earth can now easily get a copy of it and kill you in your Tesla!

** Ex-employees have leaked faked financial records, evidence of massive click-farm fake social media manipulation and evidence of unreported deaths and accidents. They say that most Tesla’s have one kind of defect or another.

** If you read about the dirty deeds and cocaine dealings with the In-Q-Tel airplanes called “Cocaine 1” & “Cocaine 2”, & the corruption behind the company called In-Q-Tel & Musk’s software programmer who ran “The Silk Road” drug & murder service then you must be concerned that many In-Q-Tel people work for Musk. ** Musk is anti-American and Anti-Worker Rights and has been caught flying in H1-B cheap offshore labor and exploiting immigrants for his deadly profits. Musk hates unions and worker rights efforts.

** Elon Musk gets the Cobalt chemical to make his lithium ion batteries from slave trade and blood-money corruption in the Congo!

** Multiple parties have filed “Demands For The Arrest of Elon Musk” with the FBI, DOJ, AG, FTC, SEC and other law enforcement agencies. It is not likely that Musk, or his companies will survive a full investigation.

** Tesla and Solyndra sit on the same land in Fremont, CA. Solyndra was raided by the FBI for corruption. Tesla SHOULD be raided by the FBI for corruption. Both companies had kick-back crony payola schemes with Senator Dianne Feinstein. She owned the land, lease, HR, construction company and supplier interests and stock for both companies in one of the most massive conflict-of-interest crony financing schemes in U.S. history. Elon Musk and the Feinsteins are corruption partners.

** Elon Musk is one of the main financiers behind Barack Obama & Hillary Clinton, both of whom have been charged with corruption. Musk endlessly tweets lies & “…No I didn’t do those bad things” BS but nobody else supports him.

** Tesla financial records are “cooked” in a fraudulent manner to make the stock market valuation of Tesla a falsely manipulated factor. Musk uses “pre-orders”, by his own investors, to fake sales and wrote emails to customers asking them to put small deposits down so he could book them as fully paid sales in one of a large number of stock and loan valuation frauds. Musk and his investors practice stock market skims, pump-and-dumps and Flash Boy manipulations.

** Lithium ion batteries are blowing up, starting fires &, generally, destroying people’s homes, cars, electronics & physical health. Boeing was ordered to stop flying the 787 Dreamliner because it’s Lithium ion batteries are catching fire spontaneously. A group of silicon valley venture capitalists forced/leveraged the government to buy & pay for these specific batteries, that they have stock in, in order to benefit their profit margins. Other batteries don’t have these problems. They knew about the dangers from day one, but put greed ahead of safety. There are thousands & thousands of reports of spontaneous lithium ion fires but the VC’s who back lithium ion pay to keep this information hushed up. Millions of these batteries have been recalled for fire risk. The VC’s tried to push as many as they could before they got caught. Now they are caught. ** Tesla Motors has filed a patent which states the following , THESE ARE TESLA MOTORS WORDS warning about a crisis, the level of which they never disclosed to the consumer: “Thermal runaway is of major concern since a single incident can lead to significant property damage &, in some circumstances, bodily harm or loss of life. When a battery undergoes thermal runaway, it typically emits a large quantity of smoke, jets of flaming liquid electrolyte, & sufficient heat to lead to the combustion & destruction of materials in close proximity to the cell. If the cell undergoing thermal runaway is surrounded by one or more additional cells as is typical in a battery pack, then a single thermal runaway event can quickly lead to the thermal runaway of multiple cells which, in turn, can lead to much more extensive collateral damage. Regardless of whether a single cell or multiple cells are undergoing this phenomenon, if the initial fire is not extinguished immediately, subsequent fires may be caused that dramatically expand the degree of property damage. For example, the thermal runaway of a battery within an unattended laptop will likely result in not only the destruction of the laptop, but also at least partial destruction of its surroundings, e.g., home, office, car, laboratory, etc. If the laptop is on-board an aircraft, for example within the cargo hold or a luggage compartment, the ensuing smoke & fire may lead to an emergency landing or, under more dire conditions, a crash landing. Similarly, the thermal runaway of one or more batteries within the battery pack of a hybrid or electric vehicle may destroy not only the car, but may lead to a car wreck if the car is being driven or the destruction of its surroundings if the car is parked”. ** Tesla’s own staff, & every fire department, have now admitted that once a lithium ion fire gets started in a Tesla, that it is impossible to extinguish burning lithium ion material. This is Telsa’s own words in THEIR patent filing, (You can look it up online) saying that the risk is monumental. Tesla has 6800 lithium ion batteries, any one of which can “go thermal”, start a chain reaction and blow up all of the rest of the 6800+ deadly batteries! Tesla drivers have been burned alive in thermal globs of flaming lithium ion, plastics & metal. Bystanders have heard their horrific screams of unutterable pain & terror as they were burned alive! Tesla fires can’t be extinguished & the bodies are burned into “unrecognizable lumps of charred flesh”, according to fireman.

** Panasonic is Elon Musk’s partner. Panasonic is one of the most corrupt companies in the world. Panasonic has been charged, on multiple continents with: Product dumping, bribery, collusion, price fixing, anti-trust law violations, racketeering, worker abuse, toxic poisoning of workers, & other crimes. ** Tesla Motors batteries were never designed to be used in automobiles. Tesla used non-automotive batteries in one of the most dangerous configurations possible.

** Tesla Motors occupants experience higher EMF radiation exposure than gasoline vehicle occupants.

** Elon Musk’s Space X vehicles & Tesla Motors vehicles have both had a higher-than-average number of explosions. This has caused outside experts to doubt Musk’s ability to place safety considerations over his need for hyped-up PR.

** Leaked Sandia National Labs & FAA research videos dramatically demonstrate the unstoppable, horrific, “re-percussive accelerating domino-effect” explosive fire effect of the Tesla Motors batteries.

** Tesla’s own “Superchargers” & home 3-prong chargers have set Tesla’s, homes & businesses on fire.

** Consumer rights groups contacted Erick Strickland, the head of the NHTSA, & charged him with a cover-up. He quit days later. The NHTSA then issued a safety investigation request to Tesla Motors, which would have more publicly exposed these dangers, but the safety investigation was never under-taken due to White House requests & lobbyist bribes, from Tesla, which got the investigation shut down.

** Tesla Motors vehicles are not “Factory Built” “like Ford” builds cars, as Tesla professes. They are hand built in small volumes & subjected to numerous defects. Blogs have documented hundreds of defects, as listed by Tesla owners. Tesla has lost at least one LEMON CAR LAWSUIT for defective manufacturing.

** Tesla’s “showrooms” are often “pop-up” retail storefronts that are in tight-proximity retail centers, putting it’s neighbors at risk of total loss from fire damage.

** Tesla Motors vehicles have been hacked & taken over. Their doors, steering, listening devices & navigation have been taken over by outside parties. Multiple Tesla have suddenly swerved off the road, over cliffs & into other vehicles, killing bystanders & Tesla drivers.

** Three Tesla top engineers & two competing senior executives, all of whom had whistle-blown on Tesla, who were in perfect health one day, suddenly died mysteriously the next day.

** Multiple employees, founders, investors, marital partners, suppliers & others have sued Tesla Motors, &/or it’s senior executives for fraud. Musk had nothing to do with creating Tesla. He ran a hostile take-over of Tesla from the founders.

** In addition to suing him, many of his former staff & partners have described Musk as an “Arrogant Prick”.

** Main-Stream Media (MSM) have agreed not to provide news coverage of the deadly defects of the Tesla because the MSM are owned by the same politicians who own Tesla Motors. It is now legal to sue The New York Times for hiding these deadly defects, though, particularly if your family member was injured or killed because they covered-up the danger for political reasons.

FREMONT (KPIX 5) – A worker at the Tesla factory in Fremont is suing the electric car maker after he said he was a victim of racial discrimination and harassment from his co-workers.

 

DeWitt Lambert, a 44-year-old African-American, says he was “subjected to racial slurs and lewd behavior” from co-workers for more than a year including being called the n-word.

 

Lambert said it all happened on the assembly line and that he has evidence: a video from 2015 showing employees flashing gang signs, rapping about cutting Lambert up in pieces and sending body parts to his family.

 

He complained to Tesla H.R., but says his concerns weren’t properly addressed.

 

In a statement emailed to KPIX 5, the company said Lambert’s claim had been investigated.

 

“HR personnel investigated, interviewing all of the employees who were reportedly involved,” the statement said. “That investigation turned up conflicting accounts of what happened … In the end, there was no objective evidence that anything inappropriate occurred toward Dewitt.”

The crash of a Tesla Model X through the home of South Korean singer and actor Ji Chang Son. The crash ended with the nose of the vehicle in Ji Chang Son’s living room after the Tesla malfunctioned. Hundreds of such Tesla crashes have occurred, resulting in the deaths and injuries of Tesla owners, passengers, bystanders, oncoming drivers and others.

Actor and singer Son Ji-chang (identified as Ji Chang Son in court documents) claimed he was parking his Tesla Model X SUV when the vehicle suddenly lurched forward into his living room.

In a lawsuit filed last week in California, Son claimed that the crash was due to “sudden unintended acceleration” and sought class-action status with other Model X owners.

In a nod to the car’s ability to sense and avoid crashes, the lawsuit also hinted that the Model X should not be allowed take actions that the car “knows will result in the collision with a fixed object.”

But Tesla contends its Model X was only dutifully following Son’s instructions to plough through his house.

The evidence, including data from the car, conclusively shows that the crash was the result of Mr. Son pressing the accelerator pedal all the way to 100 per cent,” said Tesla in a statement to Reuters.

Although most new cars are equipped with “black box” technology to record driver actions in the event of a crash, Tesla is unique for amassing vehicle data as detailed as whether a driver’s hands are on the steering wheel.

The data is collected to aid in research and design, but Tesla user agreements also reserve the carmaker’s right to use it to defend itself in court.

The term “sudden unintended acceleration” has a checkered recent history. Most famously, between 2009 and 2011 Toyota recalled more than eight million vehicles following widespread allegations that the vehicles were subject to unexpected ac celeration.

But a subsequent investigation by the U.S. Department of Transportation found that most of the reported cases of “sudden unintended acceleration” were simply drivers stepping on the gas instead of the brake — with only a handful of incidents being due to pedals getting stuck on floormats.

In June, another California-based Model X owner, Puzant Ozbag, similarly claimed that his Model X spontaneously accelerated through a parking lot and into a wall.In that case, too, Tesla reviewed vehicle records and reported that the actual culprit was Ozbag jamming his foot down on the accelerator. A special prosecutor is needed to investigate Tesla due to the huge number of cover-ups, by Tesla and the Obama Administration, to protect camapign financier Elon Musk. Jeff Sessions needs to hire a lawyer from outside the government appointed by Sessions as attorney general or, in the United States, by Congress to investigate a government official for misconduct while in office. A reasoning for such an appointment is that the governmental branch or agency may have political connections to those it might be asked to investigate. Inherently, this creates a conflict of interest and a solution is to have someone from outside the department lead the investigation. The term “special prosecutor” may have a variety of meanings from one country to the next, from one government branch to the next within the same country, and within different agencies within each government branch. A Tesla Model S caught on fire on March 4 while being parked at a supercharger station in Shanghai. The accident destroyed the Model S vehicle and another Tesla car parked next to the Model S. No one was injured during the accident, according to Chinese media reports.

The Jinqiao Tesla supercharger station was located across the street from Tesla’s first 4S stores in China. Chinese reports suggest that the vehicle in question has parked in its location for a long time, and it’s unclear if the vehicle was being charged or not while the fire took place.

Tesla’s press office in Asia did not immediately respond to an inquiry from China Money Network to confirm the news.

Staff at the supercharger used dry powder fire extinguisher to put out the fire, as the lithium batteries used in Tesla vehicles reacts explosively with water to form hydrogen.

In November, a Tesla Model S caught on fire after hitting a tree at a reportedly high-speed in Indianapolis in the U.S., killing both the driver and the passenger. In September, a Tesla Model S driver also died in a crash after hitting a tree at high speed in the Netherlands.

One month earlier, a Model S caught on fire in France during a test drive. In January 2016, a Tesla Model S caught on fire while charging at a supercharger in Norway. The cause was later determined to be a short circuit by Tesla.

Earlier this week, a Tesla Model S hit a barrier on the highway near Dallas, Texas. The driver, who fortunately wasn’t injured, first blamed Tesla’s Autopilot for the crash.

We now have footage of the accident and it actually shows a situation that the Autopilot probably shouldn’t be expected to be able to handle, at least not yet. Ultimately, it serves as a reminder not to trust the system without paying attention.

Following our articles on a series of accidents last year where the Autopilot was activated during or right before the crashes, some readers were confused on whether the driver or the Autopilot should be considered at fault.

Since under its current form, Tesla’s Autopilot is only a “driver assist” system and drivers are asked to keep their hands on the steering wheel, the responsibility falls on the driver. Of course, that’s unless the Autopilot malfunctions and automatically steers away from the lane and into the side of the road, which is almost what we were led to believe with this latest accident, but that has so far never happened as far as we know.

The driver described the accident in a Reddit post on Monday:

“I was driving in the left lane of a two lane highway. The car is AP1 (first generation Autopilot) and I’ve never had any problems until today. Autopilot was on and didn’t give me a warning. It misread the road and hit the barrier. After the airbags deployed there was a bunch of smoke and my car rolled to a grinding stop. Thankfully no one was hurt and I walked away with only bruises.”

He attached pictures of the aftermath:

Fast forward to 3 days later. Another Redditor on the Tesla Motors subreddit found footage of the accident taken from the dashcam of a vehicle following the Tesla during the event.

The footage shows that the Tesla needed to merge or change lane in order to avoid the barrier – something the Autopilot should never be left to do without the driver intervening.autopilot-accident-2-gif

What is also clear from the footage is that the design of the road here is quite awful since even the driver in the vehicle with the dashcam almost hit the barrier and there presumably wasn’t any driver assist at play in this case.

As far as the Autopilot’s Autosteer feature, it did its job, which is to keep the vehicle in its lane which was still marked on the road leading right into the barrier.

What potentially didn’t work is the ‘Forward Collision Warning’ feature since the driver claims that there was no warning. Some would assume that Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) should have kicked in, but it’s actually not designed to engage if there’s an alternative and in this case, the vehicle wasn’t supposed to brake in order to avoid the barrier – it could have been even more dangerous considering a vehicle was close behind and there was traffic to the right of the vehicle.

Tesla explains what the feature does:

“AEB does not engage when an alternative collision avoidance strategy (e.g., driver steering) remains viable. Instead, when a collision threat is detected, forward collision warning alerts the driver to encourage them to take appropriate evasive action.”
Of course, collision warning is no substitute to paying attention when driving.

A female engineer at Tesla has accused Elon Musk’s car company of ignoring her complaints of “pervasive harassment”, paying her a lower salary than men doing the same work, promoting less qualified men over her and retaliating against her for raising concerns.

 

The allegations of AJ Vandermeyden, who still works at the celebrated electric car manufacturer, paint a picture of a hostile work environment dominated by men where inappropriate sexual behavior is tolerated and women face numerous barriers to advance their careers.

 

Uber launches ‘urgent investigation’ into sexual harassment claims

 

 

Vandermeyden, 33, shared her story with the Guardian at a time when Silicon Valley is reeling from the explosive allegations of former Uber engineer Susan Fowler. In a viral blogpost, she alleged that management and HR dismissed her complaints about documented sexual harassment and sexism, protected a repeat offender because he was a “high performer” and suggested that women in the company were not as skilled as men.

 

Offering a rare public account of discrimination from a tech worker who remains employed at her company, Vandermeyden said her dedication to Tesla motivated her to advocate for fair treatment and reforms – despite the serious risks she knows she faces for going public.

 

“Until somebody stands up, nothing is going to change,” she said in a recent interview, her first comments about a discrimination lawsuit she filed last year. “I’m an advocate of Tesla. I really do believe they are doing great things. That said, I can’t turn a blind eye if there’s something fundamentally wrong going on.”

 

Vandermeyden began at Tesla in 2013 and was eventually promoted to a manufacturing engineering position in the general assembly department, which consisted mostly of men and where she was paid less than male engineers whose work she directly took over, according to her complaint.

It was common for her to be the only woman in meetings with 40 to 50 men, she said on a recent morning, seated in the living room of her family’s house in San Carlos, the city where Tesla was founded, located across the bay from its current factory in Fremont.

 

Currently, all chief executive positions are held by men at Tesla, and out of more than 30 vice-presidents, only two are women, she added.

 

“It’s shocking in this day and age that this is still a fight we have to have.”

 

Vandermeyden said that when complaints arise at Tesla about workplace issues or inequality, the response is often: “‘We’re focused on making cars. We don’t have time to deal with all this other stuff.’”

 

Tesla, founded in 2003, has gained international recognition for its battery-powered vehicles and “autonomous” driving technology, promoted by Musk, the ambitious entrepreneur who makes headlines for bold pledges about space travel, artificial intelligence, underground tunnels and driverless cars.

 

But Vandermeyden’s complaint, filed last fall, alleges that there were inadequacies in the quality testing of cars, and that she raised issues about the flaws she observed, which supervisors and male engineers had missed.

 

Although she came up with a solution, men were granted positions above her, her lawyers wrote. She and other female engineers were denied promotions even though they were “equally or more qualified” than the men, according to the complaint.

At the same time, she also experienced “unwelcome and pervasive harassment by men on the factory floor including but not limited to inappropriate language, whistling, and catcalls”, the lawsuit said.

 

Vandermeyden recounted to the Guardian an incident in 2015 when she said a group of roughly 20 men standing on a platform above her and a female colleague began taunting as they walked past.

 

“They all started hooting and hollering and whistling,” she said. “That can’t happen without somebody noticing … It’s disturbing.”

 

But her objections about sexual harassment and unequal pay only caused her more trouble, according to her complaint. The lawsuit alleges that after she raised concerns in the fall of 2015, management told her that in order to advance her position, she needed to achieve a performance standard in the factory that was unattainable and not expected of male engineers.

 

Despite positive performance evaluations, she felt she had to transfer out of general assembly to the purchasing department where she continues to work today, according to her suit.

 

The lawsuit said Tesla also denied her overtime pay, rest breaks and meal periods when she worked in sales, and retaliated against her for being a “whistleblower” when she raised concerns about cars “sold in a defective state”.

 

Some of her claims of mistreatment echo those that have recently emerged from Tesla factory workers, who allege that they have to work long hours for low wages in unsafe conditions. Musk has vigorously denied those claims and criticized an effort by workers to unionize.

 

Tesla initially declined to respond to the Guardian’s questions about Vandermeyden’s claims, but after publication of this report, released a statement on Tuesday defending its actions and refuting her allegations.

 

A spokesperson said that Tesla had hired a “neutral third party” last year to investigate her accusations and that an “exhaustive review of the facts” concluded her “claims of gender discrimination, harassment, and retaliation have not been substantiated”.

 

The company added in its statement: “Tesla is committed to creating a positive workplace environment that is free of discrimination for all our employees.”

 

Therese Lawless, Vandermeyden’s lawyer, criticized the investigation, saying, “We did not believe that it was a comprehensive report … We vehemently disagree with their finding.”

 

Vandermeyden’s suit said she has suffered “mental distress” and “humiliation”.

 

In an interview, she said it takes a toll on her knowing that her work is undervalued.

 

“Equal pay is something that is essentially in the back of your mind every single day,” she said. “You have all these data points showing how you’ve exceeded some of the predecessors and improved on the system. It wears on you.”

Many women in similar positions choose not to speak up,Lawless said. “It’s very difficult for women to come forward. They’re concerned that their career is going to be hindered or jeopardized.”

 

For those who do raise complaints, dealing with HR can be a painful struggle, added Lawless, who represented former Reddit CEO Ellen Pao in her high-profile discrimination lawsuit against venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers.

 

“Most of my clients come in and say, ‘human resources isn’t helping me. They’re just protecting the company.’”

 

Vandermeyden recently took out a hefty loan to buy the cheapest version of the Model S Tesla car and has a reservation for the upcoming Model 3. She is hopeful her lawsuit and public comments won’t end her career at a company she loves: “I think they’re a revolutionary and innovative company.”

 

But she admitted she has doubts about her future.

 

“Half the time when I walk into work, I wonder if my badge is going to work.”

You will remember the Solyndra FBI-raid and the amazing failures of more Department of Energy-funded “green energy” companies (in a matter of two years) than ever in U.S. history. It turns out they were all owned by the same handful of men who used them as a stock market pump-and-dump scam.

Senators Reid and Feinstein, White House staff and Dept. of Energy executives had insider trading deals with Silicon Valley tech billionaires. They used Google and Gawker Media to attack witnesses, destroy competitors and rig the news in their favor while exploiting illicit mining and stock market crony corruption deals. The only “Green” thing they were interested in was the cash! They had “hard-wired” the DOE money, in advance, for the campaign financiers and simply used/defrauded the non-crony applicants as a smoke-screen to hide their scam while monopolizing markets in a scheme agreed to with Rahm Emanual, David Axelrod, David Plouffe and their Cartel.

The victims of these politician-sponsored crimes demand justice and restitution for the fraud, harassment and interference they suffered. These citizens must be compensated for the malicious, proven, retribution tactics, lies, toxic poisonings, vendetta cut-offs of all government benefits, vendetta cut-offs of all employment and revenue sources, interference, “missing hard drives” and interdiction efforts conducted, with applicants own tax dollars, against the applicants. Say the victims: neither they, nor their families, staff and associates will rest until justice prevails.

In this election year, the public demands the arrest of the corrupt. Justice demands resolution, or the repercussions will only continue to accelerate and amplify. This crime continues to this day. These were felony crimes that the DOJ has been told not to act on because arrests will cause “political embarrassment”.  Seriously?!

These days, voters want more political embarrassment of the corrupt and less “political correctness” and cover-ups. Without justice and restitution for the victims, it destroys American voters faith in The System. The taxpayers have lost trillions of their dollars, and public services, because of this corruption. Famous Senators and White House staff who benefited from the crimes, are operating the cover-up. Evidence now proves that the Obama staff ordered DOJ, FBI, SEC, FCC, FTC, OSC and the AG to “Take no action on this investigation” in an overt set of orders to illegally operate a cover-up. That is not acceptable to the public.

The definition of “politics” is: “The process in which a man fights with another man to see which man, and his friends, will get to put your tax money in their pockets.”

Representation of taxpayers in Washington, DC has become almost entirely about making fake “laws” which direct U.S. Treasury cash to one side or another. In the “Cleantech Crash” incident, this process stooped to the level of mobster-ism and organized crime.
 
At least one alliance of the victims of what 60 Minutes calls: “The Cleantech Crash”, sent letters this week to The California Senators and Washington politicos who are supposed to clean up the Cleantech Crash. Part of the letter reads:

“…As you are by now aware, all of these communications have been placed on permanent public record either by our filings or by state-sponsored hackers who have been publicly reported to have entered and copied your agency’s servers for a number of years.

We will no longer accept your refusal to do your jobs by way of your office’s “BS” claim “that this is outside of our purview”, or by finger-pointing to some other agency, stone-walling, slow-walking, or losing your files or hard-drives. We, and the rest of the 300+ million citizens, pay you to work for us and we were told and expect you to work for us and protect and serve us.

You were not hired by us to simply run cover-ups for some criminally corrupt Silicon Valley campaign finance billionaires.

Waiting us out and thinking this will “all just go away” has proven to be an epically false assumption on your part. Your attack dog, Gawker Media, who you used to put a hit-job on us, has has been taken down. Holder, Gibbs, Chu, Seward, Solyndra, Abound, etc. have all been shut down. “If we compete and lose that’s fine. But why were they not even competed? That just doesn’t make sense.”

“So far we were ALL of the way through the certification process. And so far there have been zero changes to the car. Mostly it’s just been a paperwork exercise.”

“Since this is a large multiyear contract, why not show the actual merits of each applicant on a side-by-side basis to the public, And then do the competition. That seems very reasonable to me.”

“The fact that EVERY SINGLE INDEPENDENT CAR COMPANY WAS INTENTIONALLY CUT OUT OF THE FUNDING BECAUSE THEY DID NOT GIVE A BRIBE OR REVOLVING DOOR KICK-BACK seems to be something that should be considered a crime!”

Announcement Regarding Complaint Filing by 200 DOE Funding Applicants:

On 2008, shortly after trillions of dollars of lithium and indium were discovered in Afghanistan, DOE sent out a request for American companies to build new energy and automotive solutions to help the nation.

The long-term contract was granted to only a few campaign backers on a sole-source basis without any transparent competition from other providers.

Applicants are not seeking to be awarded contracts for these monies. We are simply seeking the right to fairly compete without rigging.

Most Americans have probably never heard of the ATVM/LG program. It was implemented by The Departme of Energy in to reduce the dependence on foreign energy by 25–50%, to improve reliability over the heritage energy system, and to create a more ‘commercial-like’ procurement process. Initially there were three competitors–  GM, Chrysler & Ford with the Detroit System.

However, following the misappropriation by all three of thousands of confidential documents, the three companies put aside their claims against each other and formed a conspiracy, citing the real issue as competition itself and asserting the new monopoly would save US taxpayers $100-150M per year.

Since the Detroit “Club was formed, not only have there been no savings but costs have skyrocketed. Vehicle costs are up from approximately $10K per vehicle to $40K per vehicle—making Detroits’s vehicles the most expensive not just in the US, but the world. In addition, the United States pays

Detroit nearly $1 billion dollars per year in subsidies just to maintain the ability to get more campaign influence—regardless of whether or not they launch a single ethical candidate. The DOE program is now the fourth largest line item in the country’s entire Energy budget, with Losses now projected at nearly $150 billion through 2030.

This legal action seeks to shine a spotlight on an issue that has gone unchecked since 2006, when the Detroity monopoly was formed creating the lack of competition in the national security auto and energy market.

The decision to file was not entered into lightly, and made only after all other avenues were exhausted.

In a Acquisition Decision Memorandum, as part of an effort to fundamentally restructure the DOE program, The GAO directed the DOE to “aggressively” bring competition into the Program and expressly stated his intent was to “obtain the benefits of competition as quickly as possible.”

Importantly, in a follow-on letter to the Government Accountability Office issued in 2013, many American’s also expressly made clear that New Entrants would be in a position to compete once alll forms had been filed.“The Department [of Energy] will allow new entrants to compete for launch awards as soon as the new entrant delivers the data from their final certification.” By design, certification is meant to run in parallel to the competition—with certification required just prior to the actual contract award.

The Tesla contract with DOE was negotiated and executed outside of public view and all communications around it have never been made public. Reporters, and investigators, have requested the contract using the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) but has not yet received a response. As a result, to this day, no one except Steven Chu and the government really knows precisely what the inside deal says or what it requires.

What we did learn, the day after the Senate hearings on the DOE”competition”, was that Tesla was nearly broke when they applied and that this violated the law regarding this ATVM/LGP Congressional funding; That senate staff and Senators were working FOr Tesla; That Tesla stated numerous lies in it’s DOE application; that the Tesla car submitted was not even
designed or engineered; That a real-estate scheme involving Tesla and Solyndra was under-way and hundreds of other facts which appear to be criminal.

Clearly the block crony contract is in direct opposition with the very notion of competition. It maintains the Detroit and Silicon Valley VC  (See This link too) (And this One) (And this One) monopoly until at least 2018, perhaps well beyond. And it will needlessly cost taxpayers hundreds of billions of dollars and has already cost American lives in Afghanistan and elsewhere.

The contract is made even more egregious in light of deteriorating U.S. relations with Russia, who Silicon Valley VC’s had partnered with to mine the Afghan minerals for Tesla and Solyndra.

The majority of DOE launches are performed by Fisker, Tesla, , A123, Enerdel, Solyndra and Abound launch vehicles, which use the toxic, exploding chemicals from Afghanistan that explode when they get wet or banged, release cancer-causing smoke in combustion, and continue the dependence on foreign energy sources. Enerdel, Severstal and many of the DOE funded entities hadowners who, themselves are owned and controlled by the Russian government.

Some of these people are on the United States’ sanctions list. As the U.S. contemplates additional sanctions against the Russian defense sector, it is incongruous and damaging that DOE continued to send millions of dollars to Russian controlled entities to support U.S. national security and energy.

Given international events, this seems like the wrong time to send hundreds of millions of dollars to the Kremlin and Silicon Valley Oligarchs – especially considering there are domestic alternatives available and qualified to compete today that do not rely on components from countries that pose a national security risk.

Each DOE failure costs American taxpayers roughly $400 million– four times as much as Senators get in bribes, and at least twice as much as any provider in the world.

It’s a false premise to suggest that a more expensive car is a more reliable car. Prices have increased because there is no competition.

The American Independent Auto and Energy Industryis better able to control costs because our factories are built in the 21st century and take advantage of both new design innovations and new manufacturing techniques. As a private company with no government subsidies, our business only succeeds when we deliver our customers’ payloads safely and reliably to orbit. We stand ready and able to reliably provide launch services at an estimated cost savings of 75%.

To be clear, “The American Independent Auto and Energy Industry who did not bribe Senators” is not seeking to be awarded any contracts. We are simply seeking the opportunity to fairly and transparently compete — for any qualified company to fairly compete. If we compete and we lose fairly, that’s ok too. But to not be given the opportunity to compete at all, especially in light of the U.S. Governments stated interest in competition and current dependence on Russia  and Silicon Valley Oligarchs for national security land energy, just doesn’t make any sense.

But nobody takes the cake for hating Musk, and having the resources to hate him good, like the Russian billionaires Musk, and his investors, screwed over.

First, Musk and his investors took the Russian Billionaires for a ride in the AFGHANI-SCAM scandal.

Next, Musk spent massive amounts of money with his Space-x company to cut the Russian billionaires out of the defense contracting industry. He has now filed legal papers to legally blockade the Russian billionaires from getting near space. He has jerked over about 40 OF THEM!!!! (40 times $50 Billion average holdings… hmmmmm.. Musk must really be loaded to deal with that fire-power)

So, if only half the movies about what Russian billionaires do when they are pissed off at a guy, like Musk, are true… shouldn’t Musk be buying a tank about now?

Tesla shareholder Ross Weintraub has filed a derivative suit against the company and its board members — including CEO Elon Musk — alleging that a series of dishonest statements made about safety and profitability caused Tesla’s stock price to drop on multiple occasions.

A derivative suit is a legal tool used by shareholders who want to force a company to take corrective action against its own executives or, in this case, to take action directly if board members are unlikely to act. It should be noted that, to many, shareholder lawsuits are like patent trolls: An unfortunate cost of doing big business and not something that inherently bodes badly. Also, in Tesla’s case, their stock isn’t that far off its 52 week high (Chart via Google):

In the complaint, filed in Northern California District Court, and embedded below, Weintraub alleges a long history of dishonesty by the company and by Musk himself, including allegations that Tesla board members:

…allowed the Company to embark on a campaign of false and misleading statements designed to convince the market that the Model S was literally the safest car in existence.”

…allowed the Company to misrepresent the low height and configuration of the Model S battery pack as enhancing the vehicle’s safety, without disclosing its very significant vulnerabilities for high-intensity fires.”

…egregiously allowed the Company to misrepresent the Model S’s history of fire incidents which included at least three very significant fires requiring first responder intervention.

And that Elon Musk himself…

…falsely claimed that “[t]hroughout all our crash tests, throughout all similar incidents with vehicles on the road, never once has there been a fire.” When a Model S fire later occurred during the relevant time period, a Tesla spokesperson falsely stated, “This is the first fire.” Thus, by the third Model S fire, the Individual Defendants were still causing or allowing Tesla to represent that there were low probabilities of such fires while simultaneously denying that a recall was necessary.

…gave several interviews during which he downplayed this Model S fire and worse, failed to disclose that another Model S had been consumed by fire in Mexico on October 18, 2013… According to allegations in the Federal Securities Action, defendant E. Musk, with knowledge of the fire and inspection, unilaterally determined that the fire was not relevant to investors due to the circumstances under which it arose.

The lawsuit further claims that Musk and his fellow board members’ conduct “has significantly and materially damaged the Company. By virtue of the Individual Defendants’ breaches of fiduciary duties, the Company faces a lawsuit alleging violations of the federal securities laws and Tesla has suffered significant disruption of, and damage to, its business, its reputation and goodwill.”

It then goes on to list various conflicts held by board members which would make it unlikely that they would take action against Musk of their own volition. These include the fact that board member Steve Jurvetson of DFJ is an investor in other Musk companies including Solar City and Space X.

The suit demands a jury trial. The company has until the end of this week to respond or face a judgement by default.

Updated: A Tesla spokesperson told Pando “We believe this lawsuit is without merit and intend to defend against it vigorously.”

As in the renown children’s book  “The Emperors New Clothes”, the strutting narcissist is always revealed to be much less than he promotes as soon as the obvious is stated out loud . The unstoppable evil empire in HG Welles “War of the Worlds” is struck down by the simplest of weapons via the common cold, which does not affect ordinary humans. Musk’s egotistical affluenza has finally brought him to his knees. The eternal truth of the quote: “Deeds done in the dark will eventually come to light” has never been more profound than now.

It’s been an ugly stock market for most investors. But famed inventor and investor  is having an exceptionally bad year – not just on one investment – but two.

Musk’s holdings in solar panel installer (SCTY) and electric car maker (TSLA) are down a staggering $3.3 billion – just this year. Musk is the largest single owner of both companies – which together have handed all investors total market value losses of $14.8 billion this year.

Both Musk’s companies have been falling out of favor with investors this year as the market punishes companies that are thin on profit but high on valuation. Falling oil prices have also taken out the urgency and enthusiasm over alternative energy plays.

Musk is now down $666 million in his shares of SolarCity on the year. The stock plunged 25% Wednesday to $19.56 after the company that installs and leases solar panels told investors late Tuesday it will likely lose up to $2.65 a share in the current quarter. That’s deeper than the $2.49 a share loss investors were expecting, according to data from S&P Global . The negative outlook completely overshadowed the fact that during the fourth quarter the company reported a better-than-expected quarterly loss of an adjusted $2.37 a share. Shares of SolarCity were already down 48% this year – before Wednesday’s drop.

Next, all eyes are on Musk’s big investment: Tesla. Musk’s massive $4.3 billion stake in the electric car maker makes his $419 million position in SolarCity look minor. Shares of Tesla are down 37% this year – serving up a nearly $12 billion loss to investors – of which Musk has personally eaten $2.6 billion. Tesla is expected to report quarterly earnings after the market closes Wednesday. Investors predict the company to turn a profit of an adjusted 12 cents a share, reversing four-straight quarterly losses. Revenue for the quarter is expected to rise 65% to $1.8 billion.
It’s too soon to feel bad for Musk. His stakes in SolarCity and Tesla are still valued at $4.8 billion. That doesn’t even include Musk’s stake in space flight pioneer , which is privately held.
And perhaps Tesla’s profit report can turn on the turbo and blow away the negative investor sentiment. But so far, investors who have gotten hammered this year betting on Musk – including Musk himself.

As thousands of technical journals and websites ( ie: http://lithium-ion.weebly.com/  ) reveal, the lithium ion battery mining deals that Elon Musk sought to profit from have turned out to be a safety and economic disaster.

Elon Musk and his Silicon Valley billionaires buddies made a bad bet on the lithium ion batteries that they controlled the Afghanistan mining deals for. Musk’s greed procrastinated and expanded the Afghan War but he brought many of the explosions right back to America when the cars he built from the war profiteering began to blow up right in the middle of the United States.

A huge number of articles refer to Elon Musk as the world’s biggest  “Government Mooch”, a “Payola Cash King” and “Government’s 6 Billion dollar man”. This refers to the fact that the Obama and Clinton presidential campaigns are known to have used Musk, and his Silicon Valley billionaires, to conduit taxpayer dollars back to their campaigns via Musk’s front companies. Federal racketeering charges have been filed against Musk, with the FBI, GAO and SEC by members of Congress and by domestic American companies ( ie: http://www.capitolcrimesquad.com  ) . It is an election year as well, the Republicans have decided that were not going to sit back and watch another epic crony kick-back scam fund their opposition. With the added benefit of leaks a-plenty, Musk’s mining partner and major Hillary bag man: Frank Giustra has brought the light of introspection to the world of mining for political campaigns.

Musk played with fire by basing his life around government political kickbacks. His greed and hubris prevented him from acknowledging the mercurial reality of politics: Nobody stays in power forever.
Musk has bought a large percentage of Twitter and Facebook to self-promote his image as “Thomas Edison 2.0” but all of his dirty billions could not buy enough fake trolls, meat puppets and click farms to convince the world he wasn’t a shyster with a black turtleneck shirt. The numerous divorces and fraud lawsuit legal papers filed against him told the true story of Elon Musk. He is shown, by his closest associates, to be a desperate, ego-maniacal control-freak who will stop at nothing in order to self-promote and fill his bank vaults.

Federal Judge Hears Limnia Case For Crony Offset Re-Do

Ruling marks the first time a court has allowed a claim under the Administrative Procedure Act on the basis of cronyism or political favoritism in federal discretionary spending.

In response to a legal complaint filed by Cause of Action (CoA), a federal judge has declared that U.S. Department of Energy discretionary spending tainted by alleged cronyism and political favoritism is subject to legal challenge.

Cause of Action represents XP Vehicles (XPV) and Limnia, two green energy companies that were denied loans and a loan guarantee in favor of politically-connected corporations.

XPV is a now-dissolved company that had applied for a loan under the DOE’s Advanced Technology Vehicle Manufacturing (ATVM) Loan Program in order to manufacture a lightweight, energy-efficient sport utility vehicle. XPV partnered with Limnia, a company that developed an energy storage system to power XPV’s proposed vehicle. Limnia had applied for an ATVM loan, as well as a loan under DOE’s Section 1703 Loan Guarantee Program (LGP).

The ATVM Loan Program is designed to provide direct loans to manufacturers of energy-efficient vehicles, while the LGP allows the agency to guarantee loans for advanced technology projects that result in the avoidance or reduction of air pollutants. This is the same program that awarded Solyndra $535 million in taxpayer funds.

During and after the loan application process, XPV and Limnia learned that these loan programs were being run for the benefit of politically-connected insiders.  For example, DOE provided application assistance to Tesla and Fisker that it refused to provide to XPV and Limnia (and others), and then large taxpayer-funded loans. A member of Tesla’s board, who was also a bundler during President Obama’s campaigns, was on a key DOE advisory board, and another bundler who was a Tesla investor and advisor had a primary role in the DOE’s Loan Program Office. In addition, individuals tied to Fisker had made large donations to the Obama campaign and other Democratic causes.  Also, there were emails suggesting that the DOE’s review of a loan applicant was sped up as a result of pressure from then-House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer; that the White House made an effort to encourage DOE to hasten review of another loan application; and that DOE bent its own rules to play favorites. CoA also relied upon two Government Accountability Office reports about these programs that highlighted the potential for abuse.

Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia agreed with CoA, ruling that Limnia has adequately alleged that the DOE’s denials of Limnia’s ATVM Loan Program and LG Program applications were the result of arbitrary and capricious agency action in violation of the APA.

Judge Jackson has thereby allowed Limnia’s claims to proceed. This is significant because prior to this ruling, no court had ever held that cronyism or political favoritism could result in a grant or loan program being administered in an arbitrary and capricious manner.

Cause of Action Executive Director Dan Epstein issued the following statement on the ruling:

“When politicians and agencies allow companies to purchase government access, the basic foundation of our free market economy is compromised. For the first time, a federal district court has confirmed there is a legal remedy when cronyism influences federal administrative discretionary spending. This groundbreaking opinion establishes that the government owes everyone – not just Presidential campaign donors – a fair shake when awarding government funds. Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s common-sense judgment that government decisions tainted by cronyism and political favoritism are ‘arbitrary and capricious’ is a victory for individuals and businesses everywhere.”
